Jonathan, has screened his films in more than 350 festivals around the world, receiving numerous awards, including the SIMONA GESMUNDO for Best Animation, awarded by UNESCO and the Italian Academy, Coup De Coeur NFB/C at the 2010 Cannes Festival, nominated Bruce Corwin Award at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, Jury Prize at SXSW and Best Animated short film at the Hollywood Film Awards.
In 2014 he screened Soy Fuego in Cannes, a short film he produced during his Newark Art Gallery residency “Solo(s) Project House.” He is in pre-production on his first feature film "The Morphable Man", a script he developed during Binger Film Lab 2011, the same project that was presented in co-production markets around the world and screened the short film of the same name at Comic Con 2018. and at The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. In 2020-21 he screens “The Rat Devourer,” his latest short film.
He received the Catalyst Story Road Grant for television series development and official selection at the Catalyst Festival. He currently writes, directs and develops scripts and projects for short films, feature films, series and documentaries as well as commercial work using the latest advances in Artificial Intelligence.
